- Our return policy is 15 business days , Monday - Friday . If 15 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees ,unless the return/exchange is due to an error by Giselle G. The day you receive your order will be the start of the 15 days you have available for full return or exchange.
- Your items must be shipped out and notification should be provided to Giselle G along with a tracking number , before or on the last day of the 15 day period. Once Giselle G receives the returned product a payment will be returned or exchange will then be completed.
- If your requesting a refund please be mindful that your bank or credit card company will delay the payment 7-14 business days for processing.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition, worn, damaged or missing parts do not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Any item that are returned more than 15 days after delivery do not qualify for exchange or return.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Items must be in its original condition, not damaged and returned to Giselleg within 15 business days of receiving the items for full refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Exchanged products must also be returned to Giselle G within 15 business days of receiving the items.

- If you are returning or exchanging any products you are responsible for the shipping cost from your location to PO BOX 55181,Sherman Oaks ,CA 91413
- If your sending us an exchange item we will cover the shipping cost when the replaced product is sent back out to you the customer.
If Giselle G makes an error on customer order, return shipping fee will be covered by Giselle G. Customer must wait for paid shipping label in the mail or email
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
